I
smelt a burning and on checking my multi room remote control has burnt a hole in it. I am a Sky Glass member. I would like to know why this has happened, as it is very worrying and I need a replacement remote.

People were most helpful, but unfortunately no one else had had the problem. I therefore phoned sky and was helped by Jamie, who has now ordered me a replacement remote control. Sky want me to send the damaged one back so they can investigate it to see if there is a fault .
