More information will help us. Have you restarted your Sky box by turning off at the plug for 4 minutes? What happens when you try to record? Error message? Can you watch existing recordings?

Try a planner rebuild, Instructions can be found in my FAQ

If you get the error message diskless mode then the explanation can be found in my FAQ also

Note: This procedure will resolve many non-planner related issues as it does a safe reboot of the Sky box
