Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt doesn't work like that I'm afraid. Before reinstating your services Sky normally require payment in full and additionally the setting up of a new continuous payment method. If you are 2 or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well.
Depending on your previous payment history you may be able to pay all but £25 which will then be added to your next bill (this doesn’t apply for a Sky Mobile restriction though). Sky don’t normally allow payment plans or promises to pay and they will not respond to your calls whilst your services are still restricted unless you are fortunate enough to get through using a number unconnected to your account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pintsizestu82 Sky don't do promise of payments, as per @Daniel0210 you need to pay what you owe and setup a new direct debit.

Think yourself lucky. I can't leave until end of April. Cannot wait to make that phone call to cancel.

@KP2017 Most likely the dreaded spam filter has gobbled it up , don't worry it'll reappear at some point providing there was nothing inappropriate in it.
It happens to everyone occasionally

My sky bill is also due today but don't get paid till Wednesday will my internet stay on till then or not

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Montana1977 if you normally pay via a continuous payment method and payment is due today then if first attempt fails Sky will automatically retry in 10 calendar days only if secured attempt fails will services be restricted
so don't attempt to pay manually unless Sky requests you to do so.

@SKY1992bf I pay manually every month as sometimes I don't get paid near my bill date so do you think it will be restricted till this Wednesday

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Montana1977 Has you don't have a continuous payment method setup I'm not sure what Sky's timeframe is therefore it could happen anytime
all I can suggest is that you pay first thing Wednesday morning
but beware if you do become restricted Sky will insist on you setting up a monthly continuous payment method before restoring service (there is no way round that afaik)
