Ive been onto sky 4 times in the last 7 days to cancel 2 accounts. Managed to cancel one last friday and rand sat to cancel the other. Due to a tech issue their side this couldnt be done but was informed that at 1630 i would recieve a call to do so. If not that would be Monday at 10;30.
Its now midday and havnt recieved anything.
What can I do to cancel this ?
Im sick of the ordeal that ive encountered and will never again use sky as a provider.
Im apparetly a "loyal customer" since 2006.......................loyalty means very little.

You haven't said which one you managed to cancel. If you still haven't cancelled your TV, this link should help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
In the UK it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
Be aware you probably won’t be able to cancel your TV contract if you are still in a minimum term deal.
If cancelling involves returning any loaned equipment keep your proof of posting safe.

I managed to cancel 1 account, but I've another TV and broadband account I want to shut down.
I dont have time to be sitting around for 1 hour waiting to get an answer.
They said they would ring and didn't fulfil the obligation.....
Its disgraceful behaviour.

Hope my cancellation will go okay and just got another letter about another price rise. Just ridiculous. I would rather not watch any sport not more as we are all being ripped off.
