@E.E you can purchase a new one from many online retailers and some high street retailers.

hi @E.E you can get replacements from a variety of sources - local stores & the big online websites.

(Although make sure you get one with a voice button as I think there are still a few places still offering the old non bluetooth versions)

You can probably also order via your SKY box or by calling  SKY but may take longer
