My remote is broken and I need new one sent out

You can buy one online, or from a local supermarket or hardware store. Or give Sky a call and they send a free replacement.

You won't find any Sky Glass or Sky Stream remotes for sale in any local retail stores. If it's Sky Glass or Sky Stream remote then you will need to contact Sky and request a replacement. Sky Q or Sky+ remotes can be purchased at Argos, Curry's etc.
