Speak to retentions?
Is there an easy way to speak to somebody at retensions? I wanted to change packages and ended up cancelling as I was getting nowhere but really I just want to discuss price and my package.
Will I be called back now I've cancelled or is that it?! Just feel so annoyed as we've been with sky 13 years!

Re: Speak to retentions?
Give Sky another call and ask to speak to the cancellations team. Explain that you like Sky and don't want to cancel, but need to revise your package. They might contact you now that you've given notice, but no guarantees.

Personally i'd let the cancellation go ahead and wait for any potential call back, but then I can happily live without Sky TV.

You can also use our chat facility here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
Explain the situation and ask to renegotiate the prices.
