@Brendan+Merro

If you have Sky Mobile, dial 150 to speak to them.

Alternatively, use any other mobile and dial 0333-759-1583

Hi @Brendan+Merro

Welcome to the Sky Community - follow this link for help getting started.

EDIT: I think I misread your post. If your physical telephone line has been cut then I agree with @Skull+Treaty, give our contact centre a call and they'll most likely arrange for an engineer to attend your property.

Is this related to a billing issue or, do you suspect a technical fault?

This page has handy information to answer most billing questions.

Alternatively, using this link, you can run a line test and complete some quick checks to identify a potential fault, this will often save you from needing to contact Sky.

If a fault is detected outside of your home, Sky will automatically notify Openreach and an engineer will be sent to investigate. You can also run the line test using your mobile phones 3G/4G connection, simply log in with your Sky ID.
