On your Andriod phone if you use the email app you need to go to the Sky email account then into the settings as you should be able to change the name here as well. If you do not use the email app how do you access your emails on it ?

The same applies, when you are viewing your emails you should be able to go to settings to change the sending name.

I can't find anywhere in Outlook for Android where it's possible to change the sending name. (but I'm no expert on Android)

If it was definitely wrong in the Sky settings, perhaps Outlook somehow got it from there when the account was added.

I would try removing the Sky|Yahoo account from Outlook and then re-add it, and see if it picks up the new one.
