My internet connection keeps dropping but the wireless is OK. The connection diagnostics keeps loopi

The Sky hub only has the power and wireless green lights, the internet keeps trying to connect, flashing orange but then drops out. The website keeps looping when in Connection Diagnostics so I can get nowhere.

any chance of speaking to a human being?

Hi @Kevinpb1950 

You can dial 150 from your Sky landline. 

If you have trouble getting through there I've flagged your post to Sky so look out for an email or message on the forum
