Probably more than £50 because Sky charge £69(?) for the ER110/ER115.
You could be right, it's been a while since I've bought one off sky and it was £50 when I last did

@Anonymous you dont want small if you want good wifi which needs good aerials and of course 4 ethernet ports.

As nothing has been mentioned already, dose the new hub have any signs of sky implementing powerline again after there cockup with it on there Q routers?
BELIEVE =accept that (something) is true, especially without proof.
BETTER = of a higher standard, or more suitable, pleasing, or effective than other things or people:
Sky Q & 2 mini’s
SR203 router. > Replaced with ASUS XT9’s with a TP-Link TD-W9970 modem
Sky superfast 80/20 :sort of, 63-75/15. Devolo 1200 wifi > Replaced with cat 6
Sony KDAF8 65 oled.

@TomThumb5ive As far as I am aware there is no sign of power line on the new hub. In fact I'm pretty sure that Sky have abandoned any type of power line now

@TomThumb5ive definitely no power line - the new hub has a separate power supply. We never got to the bottom of why Sky abandoned powerline on the Q boxes as in practice it worked quite well.

I do wonder if Sky decided that the QRM risk was too high, and not worth the potential for bad publicity.

Im a New Sky customer who has the new hub WooHooo. i have a talk and broadband deal (plus TV).
the hub is great speed wise as already mentioned the only issue i have is my land line phone only works when plugged into the hub but not into the micro filter. this also means that the other landline phone upstairs does not work at all. being disabled this is a issue for us but as more and more people are just using mobile phones this will affect less people as time goes by.

I am not very clever with broadband technology. Have had Sky ADSL broadband for nearly ten years and am planning on upgrading to Superfast fibre but am holding on until new hub available and hopefully Sky might let me buy one of these. However could someone explain to me why the telephone wire has to be connected to hub? I at present have the SR 102 hub and have an Openreach MK3 socket where the hub is connected separately at the top of the socket and the phone is connected separately underneath. Your help would be much appreciated.

@.Chris.... Many thanks for getting back to me. In the post above my previous one it states that landline phone plugged into back of router, I have read about new broadband hub on Sky website and there is a place on the back which is labelled UK phone. Does this mean that phone line would no longer go into Master socket and go into back of router instead? I know that Sky may not allow me to buy this new router but would be grateful if you could educate me on this. Many thanks.

Not sure I understand this. The setup instructions for both G.Fast and Superfast versions of the new Hub tell you to plug your phone into the phone socket on the rear of the Hub. I assume that can only mean a VOIP phone not a standard handset. For Superfast, I'm assuming that a standard handset should still work when plugged into a microfilter or the phone port of a pre filtered master socket.
