That usually means 8th is the day openreach activate your line and do what work needs to be done . Activation can take up to midnight on the evening of the 8th

@JulieElizabeth58 if a line has not been activated by midnight on the day notified (assume you dont mean 8/8 as thst is today and is a Sunday) call Sky the following morning as they get the reports from Openreach overnight..

  • As I experienced over the last month some advisers can live chat with OR so worth asking.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
