Broadband poor signal

Hello,

I lose signal after 10 meters in my home. This is normal? Probably I need something to have stronger signal ect. Wifi extender. How much I need pay for this? I have Full fibre now.

The sky mesh booster boxes come with an upgrade to broadband boost when you don't get at least 3Mbps in everyroom. Cost £5 extra per month

@Mateusz+P  Your broadband isn't losing signal, it's the wifi from you router that is the problem https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/bb-speed/how-to-improve-your-broadband-speed-all

 

Wifi & Broadband are 2 different things.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

  • If it's causing issues with your Sky Q or mini boxes you can ask Sky for a free Wifi booster.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

@Mateusz+P wifi outside your home is never going to be easy as the external walls of your home will reduce signal strength placing the hub near a window can help.. The 2.4GHz band has longer range than the 5GHz band so you can try separating the wifi bands see Split Sky WiFi bands
