Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou are £380 in credit meaning that if you want to you can call Sky and ask for them to refund this to you. Your bills will be paid via this credit if you leave it as it so after the bill has been taken from it you will have £325.25 of credit left to pay your future bills.

Find out more@Nthomas93 just a word of caution: if your credit balance is the result of compensation for broadband or phone problems, Sky won't be able to refund it to your bank. But it,can still be used to reduce or negate future,Sky bills until it has been used up.
