My UHD option for sky ports channels has stopped working . I can still get Cinema in UHD and Eurospo

When I press the select button or the red button on sky sports I can no longer receive sport in UHD. I can however still get cinema films in UHD and the olympics in UHD on Eurosport. Please can you advise how to fix my settings are set to UHD. I have the 2GB sky Q box

@Dave+BK   A Reboot usually cures most issues, have you tried this 1st?

Hi @Dave+BK   Have you tried via Sports -> Featured or particular sport?

hi @Dave+BK what are you trying to get on UHD ?

with the Olympics being in UHD I think one of the channels available is in use, reducing the amount of other coverage - so it may just be possible that what you are looking for isn't actually availble to anyone

Hi I am trying to watch the hundred cricket in uhd. In the past I just press the select button or red button and it loads up UHD. That is not working now

Hi @Dave+BK probably because I don't think they are boradcasting it in UHD - I think there have been other discussions on this

You can only access UHD when UHD is available. The Hundred is not in UHD at the moment.

The next showing of the The Hundred in UHD looks like it might be Monday 

All the show listings for me prior to Monday are showing as HD but show as UHD for Mon  to Weds (Thursday & next Friday look as if they might be only HD again)

The olympics and F1 are using the available two UHD channels this weekend.
