My Sky app unable to link account
Every time I try to access the My Sky app and sign in, it takes me to a "Link Account" page asking for a UK postcode and Sky account number.
The "not now" skip option takes you back to the original sign in page, so you're unable to proceed without. I don't have a Sky account number or other Sky product to link.
I'm now stuck unable to access my account either online or the MySky app, unable to view my account or roll data. Ridiculously poor from whoever signed off this terrible feature and by the look of these forums leaving a lot of customers stuck unable to sign in!

I've recently moved to Sky broadband and phone and installed the MySky app on my mobile phone as recommended by Sky. But when I setup a new account using my email address and postal address, it said my account was closed and indicates an old one I used to have. I have already gone through the 'unlink old account' process several times but this keeps happening and prevents me from linking my new Sky account to an ID and email address on MySky. How can I completely remove all traces of my old Sky account and setup my new one?

When setting this new account up did you use a different email address to the one you used previously, if not try removing it from here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
