Why does My Sky app not accept my phone number in My Details? It's the same number I entered in My Details at Sky.com

@marka12 @caesarome I'll pick this up with the team - the mobile details should pull through into the app (should all be exactly the same info), so we'll get that corrected. It's not an issue having mobile as household number too - that's how it is in my account.

Sorry, just to be clear I'm talking about my mobile number being the only one to do with My Details

I have just tried entering my mobile number and also see the error message but then I noticed a little further down the screen my mobile number is listed as the telephone number for the household account, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

@caesarome thanks, it's strange though because all I was trying to do was to provide in the app what looks like missing info

I wouldn't worry about it because as you say it is there at Sky.com so no idea why it isn't appearing in the app as it should be !
