@Swansea+Nomad As per @Daniel0210 you should be able to see the end dates if in contract under the your package section of your online account
But beware if your still in contract you may not be able to cancel early as the latest terms and conditions explicitly states you cannot cancel during a minimum term
if you are able to leave early this link should give you an idea of how much it will cost you
