Multi room box delivery

Hi  i ordered a second multi room box on June 18th opted for  option to fit this by myself, did not need an engineer. However it says my engineer will come on July 1st.  Iv tried to call to say I don't need an engineer but no joy

@easylou  An engineer would still need to deliver the box even for a self install 

 

beware though there may be a delivery charge on a future bill
