Minibox problems on new TP-Link AX1500
Hi,
My Sky Q miniboxes worked fine on my old TP Link AC750 router connected via ethernet but I've just upgraded to a new TP Link AX1500 and am having issues. The mini boxes are connecting to the network and are connecting to the Q box but it is saying that there is a fault with the channel. I have spoken to TP Link and they suggested changing the settings on the router but would have to get in touch with the manufactureur of the mini box to find out what they need to be. Does anyone have an idea of what the settings should be?

Re: Minibox problems on new TP-Link AX1500
@CadiAnwenThere is probably nothing wrong with your router, assuming the main box is working OK use WPS between the mini box and the main box. You can't use WPS to connect to your router.
This link may help connect mini box you will not need the 1st few steps.
The mini box connection actually does not go anywhere near your router but uses the Sky Q mesh which the boxes generate themselves on 5Ghz Ch36.
