Mini box

My mini wireless connector has stopped working I've Disconnected my skybox and my broadband Rueter has suggested plugged my mini box back in but still nothing no lights coming on on the mini box does it mean it's broken and I need a new one

You may need to purchase a new mini on demand connector @Bonnie83. We no longer supply these unfortunately.

If there are no lights at all on your mini box, and there is nothing been shown on screen, then you may well need a new one.

 

(Just one question - what's a mini wireless connector? There used to be a little wireless dongle needed for early Sky+HD but that's not needed for Sky Q as the box has WiFi built in. Is that the connector you're referring to?)

I don't have a sky Q box I only have sky+hd box nd it a little square box that sits on top of my sky box and connected to the sky box

 so the circles on the front should all be lit up but there is nothing think it's broken
