I am a sky customer and have the app and my online account. However, my mother, who is 78, has recently joined Sky but the order etc was through my email address. Obviously she won't get paper bills and would like to know when and how much is being taken from her bank. How can I set up another account for her?

If your mother has a subscription she already has a Sky account, but what she needs to do is create a SkyID for herself and link her Sky account to it.
It's explained in Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id
BUT she won't be able to use the same email address for her Sky ID as you're using for yours.

If your mother has a subscription she already has a Sky account, but what she needs to do is create a SkyID for herself and link her Sky account to it.

BUT she won't be able to use the same email address for her Sky ID as you're using for yours.

@Bella30 as a customer yourself I'm sure your aware that your mother won't receive email notification when the bills are generated
she will need to login to the account each month to check
