Lost Local News.

Hi,

This lunch time, while watching the itn news, the screen blanked out , with a lost signal message. I tried other channels and they were the same. I followed the on screen help pages and restarted my Q box, which did no good. I left the room, came back later and the picture was back. Ony now Icannot view my local news, my area is south west but I'm getting Central news. I tried restarting my box by unplugging it, but it still shows the wrong area. Any ideas please?

Regards

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@lostbloke If it's ITV SD then some SD regions have been closed, there is a post about this on the forum.  https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky/Sky-SD-wrong-ITV-region/m-p/3735784#M122567

If you have HD then you should get the correct HD region.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Lost Local News.

Thanks for that.

You were right, on the TV Guide, ITV HD was missing. Why I lost the channel I was watching when the signal stopped I don't know.

I unplugged my box overnight, this morning all is back to normal.
