It looks like we are having a problem with your request
Im getting the following error when trying to watch something on the planner
We recently downgraded our package, would this have anything to do with it?

Hi @frandles Just in case you are not aware we are only customers like you on here helping other customers. It may be better to contact Sky by telephone. Note telephone are blocked on this community.

You could try refreshing the viewing card.
Go to Settings - System Info - viewing card number and click on setup.
Click on ....... trigger a callback
This initiates a refresh signal being sent to the Q box, it can take a while.

@frandles why not just call the number on screen and speak to Sky
