How are you connecting? Wifi, Ethernet?  

 

Post your router stats also https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717

 

This will help identify any speed issues

Yes I'm trying to log  on to get the router settings but it won't accept the username & password so it can't be my sky log in details

@charliegreyhound Depending on which router you have the username is always "admin" but password is either "sky" or if its the latest upright router (SR203) it is your WiFi SSID password👍
