Hi
I am currently on day 7 of a broadband outage and hopefully it will be resolved today when Open Reach arrive. I understand that I will be automatically compensated £8.06 per day for this disruption.
My question is, I work from home. To be able to continue to work I have had to use a considerable amount of my Sky mobile data. Is there a process to claim this back or is it gone for ever?
Thanks
Kaye

It is your responsibility to have some kind of backup to be able to work from home in the case of faults. No ISP woild be liable for any extra out of pocket expenses.

I believe the Auto Compensation scheme is intended to compensate you for all aspects of an outage.
