Just got sky glass and a puck but only received one remote isthis correct.

New sky glass customer and sky puck I only received 1 remote for both is this correct

@Keks29  No you should have 1 remote per device, have you checked all the packaging to see if it is hiding in there?

@Keks29  I would give Sky a call.  

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Check that you have received a brand new Glass TV and not a refurb or customer return. Some people have reported getting previously used Glass TVs despite paying for a brand new one.

Is there a way to tell ? Getting mine tomorrow - should it have shrink wrap etc on it?

You should have a two remotes one for each I have they came in separate boxes I have sky glass and a puck
