Cancel sky glass subscription

Can i cancel my sky glass subscription but keep the tv and go back to sky q

This is something that needs handling with sky directly, many have done this successfully. 

Sky can be reached in the following ways;

From a Sky landline or mobile 150
or
From any other provider 0333 7591 018
When calling follow the guided instructions on the call and do not leave the call, just hang on until you eventually get answered. If you are sent a text message during the call and asked if you wish to leave the call answer with 'NO'.

Hi all. Thank you  for all your  help over the weeks. I just cancelled sky glass. Will take 48 hours to get new sky q box. Works out same price. I keep tv so if sorts out can go back. Later. But will back to sky q by 12/04/22.

Hi, I just wondered if you could let me know how it works now? We are asking for the same as our service was so much better with sky q. How does it work with the sky q box?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
