I've recently just got Glass and a puck and was receiving the same issue as you with the puck. All apps worked fine, but Sky content and live broadcasts didn't work. In the end, I did a factory reset on the puck and saw another screen during setup that hadn't appeared before, allowing me to link the puck to my account. Everything is working now.
Thought I'd mention it incase there's some issue with your account or the puck being linked to your account.

Yeah sorry I see from the other thread the issue seems to be something to do with the 3 Internet and Sky Communicating with it correctly not sure what to suggest honestly.

I've had this pop up three times since I installed Sky Stream 8 days ago, each time for a couple of seconds and after watching a channel without issue for an hour or so.
My puck is connected via Ethernet, I have FTTP with Vodafone. I've been streaming without issue here since 2014! I haven't had any buffering issues since way back to the early launch days of NOWTV!
It will be interesting to see how well Sky Stream servers cope with the extra load it sees through new subscriber's over the coming months.

I with 3 as said and it was working fine until they released the new streaming pucks this seems to have created the issue, like 3 said to me if there was an issue none of it would work, it's just playlists only

I agree which is why I think it needs raising with Sky so they can look at it further. It was working fine until recently.

I'm with SMARTY which uses the Three network... Will test later and see if I experience the same issues.

Has anything been sorted yet am haveing same problem been happening since got the TV but sometimes will do it on apps but this time its everything to do with sky programs I can't watch anything on sky atlantic or moves just comes up with please wait for your programme to start and just goes to blue screen and then says fault after leaving it and turns on to home screen
I am also on three 5g and everything else works like netflix and tryed reset the TV and also even changed the TV as sky was thinking it was the TV which was good of them to try that but still same problem so it wasn't the TV tryed watching gangs London 2 just won't let me its driving me mad ! Also films I have saved to watch they do the same

I've reported this to Sky.
If you are having the issue, please call up and report it too, so that it raises the priority/severity of the bug?

Please note it is not solely an issue with 3 internet, virgin internet does the same, if you are on three just go to FBI and you will see that the first 3 series will run fine, this not a provider issue, but series 4 will not play. Like 3 say if all the other programs run including the live program how can it be them ? And why do 4, 5 ,bbc apps all work, it's just sky ones that do not.....I have to agree with 3 , and the two sky people I have now spoken to confirm this as a playlist issue ...
