On reviewing this I see that virgin media is also having a problem, perhaps a mod etc can take this to sky as it is not unique to 3 as other peoples question are reporting different providers .

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dazzar51 there is a specific issue with 3 and from reasing the forum I am not convinced the same issue extends to Virgin customers despite your claims.
Customers are advised to report specific issues directly to Sky. In the past issues with similar symtoms have been proven to have different causes. Sky can access detailed logs from units and are in a far better place to know tge likely causes of glitches.

Not only ITV hub, which btw is atrocious! but the Sky channels on my play list have a problem loading, I've checked the wifi & it's fine, so am getting really fedup with this. Also when watching live tv & I change channels I get the loading message too, this is not acceptable.
what is the problem??

Well if it was an issue with 3 why does my new EE one do the same ?, and the untrained Person at sky whim I told several times that my system is hard wired kept blaming wifi , not 3 , again hard wired system but he blamed wifi.

@Chrisee Hi if it was an issue with 3 why was it working the day before with no updates at all from 3 but the sky stream system went live a coincidence or maybe the issue ...... and yesterday put an EE sum in and it did the same as do virgin media people ?

In fairness he's half right but not in what he was he is saying a Fixed Wireless network will still have more jitter/ping fluxations then a Fixed Line connection even if both are hard wired from the router. Not convinced it is that issue but it is sort of true and not sure what Virgin Media issues you are on about i've got Virgin and my Stream is fine over Ethernet.

The issue is the tv works fine on all channels if I watch live, it's fine if I watch channel 4, channel 4, itv hubs etc etc, but if I use any of my playlist associated with sky on current series only it does not load but previous ones do, as I have mentioned I used FBI to test, so sky witness live runs fine no issue, series 1,2,3 will load and run fine but series 4 will not so how exactly can this be a wifi issue, or an issue with my isp as 3 said to me so all the others work fine so how is it us (3) and how can you argue with that. Rachel from Skynsaid it is a known playlist issue .... but keep saying an update will fix it , when

@CardiffMan1992 Also my jitter on wifi is on 3 so that's extremely low.

No I don't get that issue but others have been saying there connection with 3 just stops after a certain time.

@CardiffMan1992 @So can you see what I am so confused with and it's not my age, if 3 works for everything else, but no on only sky catch-up how is it any isp fault !!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dazzar51 if it is simply a change in Sky;s firmware why is this only affecting a few users? There is a known issue with some users on 3 mobile. As I pointed out in the past similar symptoms have had different causes.. It is therefore best to report each instance to Sky so they can be properly logged.

I see his point though if he can watch live channels but not things on playlist does seem an odd one but your right Sky does need informing and these logging so they can try and identify.

@Chrisee @CardiffMan1992 I spoke to sky and they kept saying it was my in house Wi-Fi causing it , they would not listen when I said I use Ethernet cables , and or power line

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLike I said in the other threads internet running off SIM cards is a different animal to fixed line
I'd be calling three if I was you asking them what has changed in the last few weeks - wether the sims need updating or reconnecting to the network
from experience running mobile phone contracts all kinds of weird and wonderful issues can happen to SIM cards and most of the network reps I speak to get me to do all kinds of odd things with the sims to remove and reconnect them with the network to get them working again
