I don't know the technical reasons why apps need us to sign in when we are already logged into a sky service! 

Seems bonkers to need more logins.

Just received email from ITV 

 

ITS FIXED. 

 

they said it was a sign in loop that has been fixed. 

could others test and report back please.

@BigBob65  Good, the work Iv put in over the last 24 hours to get ITV on the case has worked and tbf ITV have done an amazing job at getting it fixed so quickly.

My experience: the problem was fixed by ITV on the 4th and all was well until last night when there was a network failure that resulted in the loss of service to, at least, ITV Hub and BBC iPlayer. Both those apps are now available again and I needed to sign-in to ITV Hub after last night's outage, but the persistent sign-in problem from last week has not returned.

My itv hub keeps signing out every day. For about a week now. It's getting annoying now and it's been reset and everything. Also after adverts it says not working try again, i press yes and programme starts from beginning. Itv hub is a joke!
