Itv hub signing out

Has anybody had any experience of itv hub signing them out all the time?

 

Everytine I launch the app it asks me to link my account. 

Would like to try and get this sorted before I call sky!

Just received email from ITV 

 

ITS FIXED. 

 

they said it was a sign in loop that has been fixed. 

could others test and report back please.

Is anybody that uses ITV hub willing to do me a favour?

 

In ITV hub type 0 0 0 0 8 8 8, a box with ITV information pops up. Could you post what the version and build numbers are please?

OK, thank you mine is the same but keeps asking me to sign in everytime i launch the damn thing. 

 

Have no idea what is causing it.

 

My Glass did update to QS004 though too

I was looking for a solution to what appears to be the same problem: ITV Hub is signing out of my account everytime I switch to another channel/app. However, I'm not using a Sky Glass TV, but a new, just out of the box, Samsung.  I thought it might be helpful to you to know that your problem might not be a Sky Glass issue, but an ITV Hub one.

Can i ask for your software version found in Settings -> System management. 

 

And 

 

When you load ITV hub type 0 0 0 0 8 8 8 then post the version and build number please?
