Everytine I launch the app it asks me to link my account.
Would like to try and get this sorted before I call sky!

ITS FIXED.
they said it was a sign in loop that has been fixed.
could others test and report back please.

In ITV hub type 0 0 0 0 8 8 8, a box with ITV information pops up. Could you post what the version and build numbers are please?

Have no idea what is causing it.
My Glass did update to QS004 though too

I was looking for a solution to what appears to be the same problem: ITV Hub is signing out of my account everytime I switch to another channel/app. However, I'm not using a Sky Glass TV, but a new, just out of the box, Samsung. I thought it might be helpful to you to know that your problem might not be a Sky Glass issue, but an ITV Hub one.
