Re: Issues with tv guide
My guide is now back to. Just goes to show it must have been a Sky issue.

Re: Issues with tv guide
Last week channel 805 was saying This is Channel 5, now this week it is channel 5 + 1 (channel 205). Come on Sky, please fix the listings again, as you did last week and find a permanent solution, as this keeps happening and it should not be.

Re: Issues with tv guide
Just checked EPG, now have listings for Channel 5 + 1 until 6am Tuesday morning, but then is showing This is Channel 5 +1 for the rest of the week until 6am Saturday, when listings are showing again until 6am Sunday morning, when This is Channel 5 + 1 appears again. Please get this sorted out once and for all, as this should not be happening on a weekly basis as it is at the moment, and this is definitely a Sky HD+ or Channel 5 problem, not a sky box issue. I know this as I didn't do anything last week, and it was fixed by Monday evening, when wasn't right on Monday morning. HELP!

Re: Issues with tv guide
Nothing has changed this morning from my last post, except that next Monday 2nd November is saying This is Channel 5 +1. When will this be fixed?
@caesarome thanks for replying to me. You say you will get this flagged for me - thank you. For future reference, how would I do that myself?

Re: Issues with tv guide
All you can do is to phone Sky to report it but us Oracle's have extra ways we can contact Sky so this what I have done so this can be sent through to the correct department within Sky.

Re: Issues with tv guide
Thanks @caesarome for coming back to me again. Hopefully as you have reported the continuing issue, things will improve and be finally fixed permanently. I assume you're seeing the same thing as me still.

Re: Issues with tv guide
As of 21:10 Tuesday night 27th October, still no change as my EPG is still saying This is Channel 5 + 1 for all day Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for this week and Monday for next week. When will this be fixed as this has been going on for a week now for me and for months according to posts I have read on this forum?

Re: Issues with tv guide
This is being investigated by Sky @Feather42 but I have no idea when it will be fixed. This hasn't been happening for months but as happened twice now over the last week or so.

Re: Issues with tv guide
Wednesday's listings on Channel 205 this morning, but nothing has changed for Thursday, Friday this week. Saturday is still OK, but into next week Monday, Tuesday and start of Wednesday are saying This is Channel 5 +1. At the moment, it looks like a fix may be happening on a daily basis, but nothing long term yet. That is progress, but it is not a permanent fix, as I should be able to see full listings up to a week ahead, just like on the other Channel 5 channels and the rest of them as well. I just wonder what has caused this in the first place?

Re: Issues with tv guide
EPG for Channel 5 + channel is showing This is Channel 5 message all day. This is not helpful for setting up a recording. On checking EPG for this Channel for the rest of the week it is fine, so the issue is only affecting Sunday 25tb April TV listings. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
