Hi Sky team,
A few months ago a SKY engineer set up my SKY mini box upstairs for me. Unfortunately we had a power cut and the whole system has since not been working correctly. Would you be able to send an engineer to take a look please. Thank you, Nathan

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
Try first rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

They are taking calls but try to discourage people from phoning so ignore all the warnings. If you have to say anything say "technical" that usually works.

Nope - it's other customers here in the forum.
You could either call Sky for an engineer - but that might take a few weeks.
Alternatively, we could try and troubleshoot. If it was working previously then it should be ok again.
What's not working? What errors? etc?
