Issue

Hi I'm just wondering if this is right. I moved home in February, I ordered sky broadband and tv. When the engeneer arrvied I already had my viewing sky card but didn't have a box through the post, I cancelled my tv and kept the broadband but I didn't receive the box. On my account it says 'tv and broadband' still. Is this right to not have the box when I have a card?

Are you being billed for Sky TV?

I'm not sure but it's giving me options to watch sky go and change the pin for the sky remote that I do not have.

If you are still being billed for the TV how did you cancel, did you call Sky and if so did you get email confirmation that this had happened ?
