Bill issue

I have updated my contract and been charged £10 3 times. 2 of them state broadband admin charge and 1 states general admin charge however I was only told about 1 £10 that would be added.

 

anyone got a clue?

You will need to call Sky again about this to dispute these other two charges, others have done this in the past and Sky have waved them by adding credit to the account to cover the cost of them.
