Do you have a sky q satellite box or sky +hd?

 

If you have a sky signature package on demand content is downloaded in standard definition. Sky hd and uhd are paid addons

 

As far as i remember

@kia.2014  In addition you can only view on demand content from premium channels (sports/movies) if you have the relevant channel subscription

  • Apple+ TV, Netflix (on Sky Q), Disney+ (etc.) are paid services. Some of these can be sunscribed to directly with the supplier or through Sky (e.g. Netflix, Disney+)
