ITV FREEZING SO BAD TONIGHT ….

..... I ended up going off the Ariel so I could watch ITV live without any freezing.

the last update to the puck seems to have made it worse .

I had a word with sky and got £14 off my next bill.

they said they are working on it 😂😂😂.

if it carries on I'll be after more money off my bills again.

Was the £14 offered if you closed a complaint. 

You want to raise a complaint and never let them close it, you can keep adding new information to the complaint. Eventually it will get to a 6 week point where they deadlock if the isssue hasn't been resolved. This then allows for you to escalate the complaint further, all this can be seen if you read the complaints policy on skys help pages.

I had the complaint open for 8 weeks.

no meantion of closing the complaint .

I get onto them almost daily about it.

it may be due to the ITV feed and if that's the case they should be sitting down with ITV for a pow wow 😁.

last night was so bad.

it's not my set up ( all on Ethernet ).

im not the only one as my brother gets it as well.

The first time last night I went over to the aerial for ITV and it was bliss .... pure bliss old tech. 😂

I checked Twitter and the amount of people that were having picture disturbances over the weekend seemed mostly pronounced on BBC and ITV.

I have just had a terrible freeze on my Glass where ITV froze and the TV wouldnt change channel, had to reboot and it was perfect again. 

Glass seems to struggle when it has a hiccup in self solving that issue, it seems to prefer a freak out and wait for user inteference. 

N.B. I wanted to correct a mistake i made in my last post where i said 6 weeks, i should have typed 8 weeks! (must check before posting)
