I would like to return my broadband, because internet isn't working month already.
I got my broadband on 1 of July. And since then I don't have Internet. For what I paying 44 pounds a month, just for the broadband router. So I would like to send it back.
Communication with sky is 0

I called them said its not working. They said gona send the ingenier.

@Samantaa in which case they are communicating with you to resolve the issue by sending an engineer.
Like you I am a fellow customer trying to help so please provide as much info as possible

@Samantaa if you have an issue with your line then changing ISPs is not going to help as they almost all use the same Openreach line as Sky. Now you have reported the fault it should get fixed if it doesn't then you will be compensated. See Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
