I would like to know when i 1st got bt sports please

I have recieved a letter telling me I owe money to bt sports and I don't know how this is because I anm still with bt sports and as far as I am aware I have never missed a bill payment and have never been cut of so i would like a break down of when I first got with bt and how long abd my monthly payment please if this is possible thank you in adance

@nikkiejpfoxylady  Who's the letter from sky or bt, if bt did you switch your subscription over to sky whilst still in contract with bt

Have you been a customer of Bt in the past and then moved to Sky as there has to be more to this than you have shared with us so far ?
