They are charging me for non return of equipment, don't understand

Hi , I posted my Q Equipment 30th Aril 2021. Sky have said they did not receive the equipment and I cannot locate my Post Office Receipt/proof of posting. They have gone into my bank account and taken £144 out ,which has wiped me out. If the label is Sky's own tracking, how can they say they have not received it with or without proof of posting. Any advice on the next steps I can take to get my money back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Do you have proof of posting, have you provided this to Sky?

Ive tried calling but due to Covid issues, they are very busy which is perfectly understandable, but with no live chat it's been pretty hopeless trying to get through. Hopefully someone will be able to help. Thanks again

Nothing so far, (contact issues ). just that they havent received the equipment and took the money. Someone from the Community has kindly escalated this for me, so fingers crossed they will contact me and hopefully rhelp me to rectify this.

You should get a blue blob bottom right of your screen to click on and chat to Sky.

Just wanted to let you know Sky have just contacted me. They are inundated at the moment, so quite surprised and very pleased they contacted my so quickly. Are you saying @Hello+Sam+E that Sky have told you that you are going to be charged for not returning it because if they have we can alert Sky about your post so they can sort it but you need to clear up what is happening first.
