Re: I’m looking at the possibility of upgrading to sky Q but would like to speak to someone first
You'll need to talk to Sky or order online to get an idea of cost. Talking to them can often offer better deals.(You can go through the process of ordering online to get an idea of cost without actually placing an order)
If you already have a dish it may be useable, but the LNB will need to be changed for Sky Q to work. If the existing dish or cabling is in poor condition and needs replacing Sky will do this at the time of installation.

Re: I’m looking at the possibility of upgrading to sky Q but would like to speak to someone first
@Big+stuart number to speak to sky is under need more help section at bottom of this page. https://www.sky.com/help/home as we are all customers on this site. If you want sky tv you will need sky q with a minimum signature package. You can build a package on the main sky website to get an idea of cost depending on requirements. If you dont have a dish you will need one for sky tv, if you do have a dish it may well need upgrading. If you want tv in more than 1 room you will need a mini box which can connect via wifi. You will also need broadband to make use of sky q features. Best to get an idea of cost and then call sky to negotiate.
Like you I am a fellow customer trying to help so please provide as much info as possible
Sky Q : Sky Gigafast : Sky Talk Anytime : Panasonic JZ2000 OLED
