I keep getting turned down for a tablet

Hi I have been with sky for years and never missed a payment ever I have tried tonget a tablet online as its black Friday and there is a good deal on a apple I pad pro 12.9 I really want it what chance do I have if I ring up as I dong wanna waste my time as I just got turned down online thanks

@Nicola+murphy If you've just failed the credit check online then ringing Customer Services will make no difference I'm afraid. They won't be able to tell you the reason for failing the check and having Sky for years won't make an6 difference.

Hi thanks even if I have been with sky for years as my friend got turned down online and when he rang up they give him it so I don't really no lol I think I need to talk to a sky adviser thanks I have been with sky for over 3 years so I defo have a good credit score with them

If you want to talk to someone then you will have to call them but they will not be able to tell you why you have failed the credit check as they do not have access to your finance records.

@Nicola+murphy Credit scores mean very little when applying for credit, all providers who run credit checks will use your credit report to determine your eligibility, if you have many open credit accounts it will lessen your chances of being accepted(same as if you have accounts in default) as lenders may be concerned you are overstreatching your finances.
