Sky VIP - still no access?

 This is still what I get when trying to access Sky VIP offers or activities - it isn't true but nobody at Sky seems to know how to fix it.

Must I really leave Sky Mobile?

Are you logging in with the correct details or your main primary Sky ID and that this and your mobile account are linked ?
