I have been caught by an unknown skammer I have contacted Sky been given there email address and ph

Dear Sir / Madan Some unusual payments have been taken from my sky Mobil account by your company which were not authorised by me I have tried to phone your gave me with no answer please refrain and stop all transactions as i have no knowledge of your company and demand a full refund immediately Regards Freddie

I'm afraid you're talking here to Sky customers, and Sky won't know who you are from your post. I'm not sure what more Sky can do, if you've already spoken to them about this.

@Yaboah13  You are not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum. Sky will neither respond to your request or initiate any refunds.  Any payments Sky take from your account will be for your Mobile phone & call/text charges outside of your current package.

 

Sky are not responsible for any scammers withdrawing money from any account linked to you.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-scams

 

If you have not already done so you need to report any scams to the police or action Fraud https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are not a Sky customer what does it say against these payments as it might be that they are not from Sky as it could be that scammers out there are using a similar name to fool you into thinking Sky are taking them..

You should contact your bank, maybe print out your statement and highlight the fraudulent transactions before going to them
