I cannot download anything on my Sky Q box from catch up. It just says queued for up to 2 hours. I am connected to the Internet but it is still not downloading. All other features are working.

@Emzily57 Try deleting the programme/film you are trying to download. Turn off the Q box at the wall, unplug it, leave it unplugged for a few minutes. I would recommend doing the same with your broadband router. After a few minutes plug the Q box back in and turn it on. Allow a few moments for the box to load, then try to download the programme/film again.
