I have a Samsung TV that used to show the sky app when I turned it on. It's now not available on the TV apps. Is this a sky issue or a TV issue?

@Chelms+girl Which Sky App, as far as I'm aware Samsung TV's only have limited Sky apps such as Sky News, no other Sky apps actually exist.

I think you need to explain more about which app you saw?

To view Sky+ on your TV you should select the correct HDMI input, this isn't a Sky issue, it's a TV/User issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
