Hi 

I don't understand my Bill

What is Skybroadband Super Faster -23days £20.78

I don't have this one and my monthly plan doesn't have this one, why am I being billed in August

It is just another name for your broadband service. Are you a new customer to Sky or have you changed your broadband product recently as you are being billed for 23 days instead of the usual month.

Then as I said you have been billed for 23 days from when your broadband was activated. If you look on your next bill you should be billed for the full month.
