Hub not connecting to phone

The internet light is not turning on on my sky hub. And I cannot connect anything to the internet.

With the Sky App on a smartphone connected to the 4G/5G mobile network, you can perform a broadband line test and if it finds a fault you should be able to book an engineer to investigate the fault. Otherwise, you will need to contact Sky by phone for them to perform a broadband line test and allocate an engineer to investigate the fault.
