How to check my data

I am trying to get to my sky account so I can mange my sim

You need to provide more info, when you say trying?  Yoiu are going to the right address Sky's Black Friday Event is here | Sky Broadband, TV & Mobile | Sky.com  and using the sign in option?  If you can't remember you password or usernamd there is a link on the sgn in page https://skyid.sky.com/forgotusername/skycom/

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Jakdkfkdkkf  in addition to what @GD1  has said you can also use the my sky app to manage your mobile account and sim/data.
